It Really Works!

I have lost a pound every week and I don’t feel like I’m starving!

It has really changed my mindset towards food. I am eating large volumes of whole foods from the tasty recipes, but I also get to indulge in waffles and still lose weight!!!

The app is informative and so versatile to suit everyone’s lifestyle and goals! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to change their eating habits for the better.

Actually good diet planner

So far this is the only diet planner that I have tried that I actually like. The meals are tasty and filling, it feels good to eat well and feel good about what I’m eating.

My favorite aspect is how the app is designed to help you set goals and track them. It doesn’t shame you for going off goal, in fact it actually accounts for the human “mistakes” you will eventually make, and gently tries to guide you to get back on track. It understands you can’t plan your life around food and can adjust to your eating schedule and style, and is even flexible about what meals you can eat mid week. All around a pleasure to use.

I’ve been on plenty of fad diets from keto to paleo, and nothing ever seems to stick. The problem with fad diets is that they’re a diet and losing weight is a lifestyle.

Ari coach isn’t about being 100% on a strict diet, it’s about learning how to slowly build a healthy eating habit that sticks and that’s what matters in the long run. The app has a wide range of recipes from (if you’re lazy like me) easy dead simple 2 min recipes to something fancier if you have time to cook.

You can even add all the ingredients from your weekly meal plan to an online grocery cart for easy online grocery ordering.

I’m pretty happy I found out about this app since the pandemic has thrown anything I had close to a diet out the door. With the app, I’m not getting back on track, I’m building a life long habit.

Great approach to get back to intuitive eating

I needed to steer away from my bad eating habits. Just using the mindful tracker has helped me become aware of patterns like eating when I was bored or stressed out. Definitely check your meals when you eat or skip them. The quick reflection questions have made me think about food differently.

The recipes are pretty easy, and shows a variety of spices I can add or omit. There’s a lot to choose from, like the mapo tofu bowl or meatball sandwiches. I can even use hand measurements in a pinch.

I love how there’s pre and post workout snack options, and that it shows me what to eat for my diff workout days. And I can quickly order everything I need on Instacart and have everything in hand. This has made it easier to not browse the junk food aisles. But I knew it’s okay to eat treats once in a while. I make sure to focus on enjoying a good portion and not just stuffing my face. Overall this is helping me tune into what makes me feel stronger!

I think the good thing about Ari is that it’s flexible and it doesn’t shout at you for not doing everything on the app. It was really easy to switch things out. I could do my lunch wraps in 5 minutes, which fits my schedule really well when I’m at work.

I’m just happy to find an application which asks deeper questions in what I can or cannot eat! This is fantastic. Additionally, being able to have meals based around these preferences brings a smile to my face. Ari is great is automating a grocery list a sending it to an online service for grocery delivery! Saves me time making and list and help get those items delivered.

Lots of easy recipes for my entire week.

It really is one-tap and done. I can swap for other recipes nd it lets me use different measurements, even hand sizes! Yeah it’s probly an estimate, but I’m too lazy to pull out a measuring cup most of the time. And that’s ok. I’m trying to move away from weighing and counting every piece of food and having to think up healthy but filling meals evryday. The meal prep view is super handy for when I bulk cook. This app does all the thinking for me.

the flexibilities of options they offer. My favorite option was measuring by hand – ive been using this method for years but haven’t really seen it available on meal planning apps, so this was a pleasant surprise!

I find the advice section to be extremely educational and fun to learn more about how nutrients work for you. The app really goes in depth into the science of mindful eating and implements the practice into one’s life. I highly recommend this for those who struggle with meal planning and/or want to have a healthier relationship with food!
