Chop kale into 2-3 inch pieces.
Slice optional cilantro, green onions, and garlic.
Make dumplings according to package instructions. You can sub water for oil. Add in baked tofu to sear until golden brown.
When dumplings are in steaming phase, add in kale to cook.
Serve dumplings, tofu steak, and sautéed kale with a dipping sauce from soy sauce, chili or hot sauce, garlic, cilantro and green onions.
